Galata Antique Hotel is a Special Class elegant and charming boutique hotel located in center of Istanbul. Galata Antique Hotel is one of the first stone made buildings in Pera, constructed for Decugis family in 1881 by a famous French architect Alexander Vallaury.

A.Vallaury, was a famous 19th century architect, has build Pera Palace and Istanbul Archeological Museum who has also built Galata Antique as a mansion for a French Businessman in 1881. Once the French family decided to leave Turkey, the ownership of the building has changed. Starting from 1960s the building has been used as a hotel.
